I used Christman's to empty my septic tank. The woman in the office was knowledgeable and helpful when I called to schedule the appointment. The Service Tech was prompt and courteous. I would use this service again.

I was having difficulty finding the tank/lid. Their service technician stopped in twice to assist me in locating the lid, then came back to actually pump the contents. All was done very well and they returned the next day to put riser on the lid.
Great company with be using for all my septic needs. Craig came out and did a thorough inspection on the septic system of a home I am looking to purchase. The house was vacant and I did not mention that to them, However they called me and let me know they recommend a load test for that. They were able to fit it in to there busy schedule for me that day because of my inspection timeline. Man great customer service thank you guys so much!!!
Last Friday's rain was the test and it worked fine. Josh said water was pouring out of the drain and there was absolutely no septic smell in house. I am keeping my fingers crossed that this did the trick. Thanks for everything. You guys do a great job. I am so glad we found you guys. You know how many organizations I talked to that couldn't help me with the problem. You guys are truly experts in the field. I will recommend you guys to all who need your type of services.
Everything went well. The service technician called to inform us when he would be there (we did not have to be home for the service but I was home anyway). The service technician introduced himself and went to work. After service was completed the technician let me know how everything looked and advised us when we should contact them again for the next cleaning. Overall, the entire appointment took a little less than one hour and was hassle-free. I would certainly contact them again for service on our septic.
Talk about service above and beyond!! I bumped my septic pump alarm to silent while getting Christmas decorations out. Low and behold everything was backed up and full on New Year's Eve. I called Christmans they were closed through New Year's Day. I left a message. Josh called back and said that he had some things to do for their party tonight, but would be out to pump the tank. What a savior!! Christmans will be recommended by me to anyone who asks. They're coming to fix the pump after the new year. Thank you Christman's!!!
Clark came out today to service our septic system and did a fantastic job! Was very friendly throughout the experience, investigated the septic system for any issues and was willing to answer any question I had (which was many)! Right on time, very professional and thorough throughout the entire service. Great experience, will definitely choose for our next service and highly recommended!
Initially had called them to empty our septic tank. We were not aware that we needed to have it excavated and a riser put in for them to do so. They had to come back and excavate and install a riser and then they could empty it. They were very nice and professional and we were pleased with their work. Would definitely recommend and will deffiently be using again!!
What a class act. I had a serious problem at my house where my septic drain field was failing. I called Yeska Septic several times to help out. Their sales rep, Don, didn't even bother to call. After never even getting the chance to go back and forth with Yeska, I gave up and called Christman's Septic Service. These guys were great! I worked with a guy named Josh to come add a new drain field. They handled everything, explained everything, and worked with the township to ensure that my drain field passed inspection. Travis was the main technician on the job and always went out of his way to explain what they were doing and how the drain field would work. The best part of these guys was that they ALWAYS responded to my calls, emails, and voicemails. I was never left waiting around wondering when they would get back to me. I highly recommend Christman's Septic Service.
Their technician Clark serviced my two septic tanks today and was courteous and clear in explaining what I needed to know about my septic system. The office staff was most helpful when I called to have information about the location of one of the tank lids. They even tried using Google Earth to zoom in on my property to help! The information that I did receive was sufficient to find the lid and clear it for the service call. They also offered to come out and mark the lid area to identify its location or even to dig it out for me. I saved the money and did the digging! They are the professionals to call.
